KRIBHCO
Retirees Welfare Association is a registered body of KRIBHCO Retirees
for helping the retired employees from the psychological and mental
effect of disengagement from a work life and also co-operates and
strives for better life of self and spouse after retirement.
The objective of KRWA is to provide a common platform for KRIBHCO
Retirees and their families to meet and share matters of common interest
and work together for their welfare in improving quality of life.
 To assist
in the welfare of retired employees of KRIBHCO.
To promote
fellowship, foster a spirit of co-operation, unity, confidence and
fraternity among retirees through social, cultural
and other activities.
To promote
and to advance the common interest.
To act as
a liaison between the Retirees and the Management of KRIBHCO and other
authorities.
To have
close liaison with needy Retirees.
To foster
a spirit of mutual help and goodwill among the Retirees, in general, and
the Members of the Association, in particular, thereby, promoting
communal harmony and national integration.

To help
alleviate the suffering of Retired KRIBHCO Employees in emergency cases.
To
exchange ideas with a view to help Retired KRIBHCO Employees in welfare
activities.
To liaise
with institution or society for the welfare of Retired KRIBHCO
Employees.
To arrange
all activities as would help Retired KRIBHCO Employees in leading lives
in a congenial environment.
To take up
with the concerned authorities the problems of KRIBHCO Retirees and of
Members of the Association.
To
maintain and strengthen the brand image of our parental organization "KRIBHCO”
spreading the concept of cooperation and cooperative.
To award
Prizes in competition or physical or mental games and award stipends to
needy Retired KRIBHCO Employees.
To
establish and maintain libraries and issue souvenirs containing
information of interest to Retired KRIBHCO Employees.
To
periodically issue news-letters and souvenirs containing information of
interest.
To arrange
all such activities as would help Retired KRIBHCO Employees in leading
lives in a congenial environment.
